3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

SellScript offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fees at the rates in effect when billing occurs.
• Allow our payment processing partners to securely charge your payment method on a recurring billing cycle (e.g., monthly).
• Understand that you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future recurring charges while allowing you access until the end of your billing cycle.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SellScript assigns to you all right, title, and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the digital product packs, copy, and materials generated by the Service using your prompts and inputs. You are free to sell, modify, distribute, and monetize your generated packs on platforms like Gumroad, Etsy, Stan Store, or your own website without any royalty fees owed to SellScript.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SellScript to generate, promote, or distribute any content that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Promotes fraud, deceptive business schemes, malware, or illegal activities.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the infrastructure of SellScript.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellScript and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
